Corgan is actively recruiting experienced, registered Project Architects to join the firm in our Atlanta office location as part of our Data Centers market sector. Dynamic individual will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
• Manage contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinate with a variety of consultants
• Provide leadership to staff
• Manage client relations

Qualified candidates already exhibit these strengths and talents:

• Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
• 7+ years of experience in commercial architecture
• Data Center experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects required
• Professional registration or anticipation of registration
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
• Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
• Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
• Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
• Confident presentation ability
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
• Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations
• Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
