Corgan is actively recruiting an experienced, registered Architect to join our growing Data Centers practice in our Los Angeles office location. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the U.S. and is pursuing new opportunities overseas. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on full life cycle projects
  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translating concepts and information into images
  • Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Qualifications

Qualified candidates already exhibit these strengths and talents:

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing 
  • Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required

Base Salary Range: $69,000- $117,000 annually – Los Angeles locations only 

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Los Angles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
