Overview

Corgan, a leading global architecture and interior design firm, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Dynamics CRM Developer.

 

This position will join our fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative technology team. As a member of the Business Technology Team, the Dynamics CRM Developer will be instrumental in growing and supporting the firm’s business applications. An ideal candidate uses sound judgment and decision making to maintain the innovative technology systems of the firm. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy business solutions and software applications within the Microsoft 365 stack including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure, JavaScript, SSIS, etc.
  • Consult with business analysts, application users, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements and design robust, user-friendly solutions
  • Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to support the development of effective CRM solutions
  • Integrate the business strategy and knowledge of current and future software capabilities into the direction for all products
  • Architect and design Power Platform tenants and environments, liaising with IT, Marketing, and other organizational components to ensure all integration needs are met
  • Research and recommend new and existing technologies to meet business needs, including creating prototypes, design documents, and solution designs
  • Create new data integrations from internal and external data sources leveraging API or ETL tools
  • Design forms, workflow processes, web services, plugins, custom entities, and other components needed to meet the business requirements within the Dynamics 365 system
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documents for CRM system development
  • Execute developed test plans to ensure desired results are achieved; support testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, and usability
  • Work as part of an Agile team and project management, participating in daily standups and other Sprint cadence meetings
  • Enforce security controls, maintain the system roles and authorization processes
  • Provide on-going support of custom applications and objects within Dynamics CRM
  • Collaborate with vendor partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent training
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong knowledge of and experience with platform capabilities, out of the box configurations, customizations, and integration with other components
  • Relevant Microsoft certification(s), including MB-910, MB-820, MB-800, MB-500
  • Core skills: C#, SQL, .NET, HTML, JavaScript
  • Core platforms: Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate, Power BI
  • Experience developing against Dataverse or similar databases
  • Experience working with large datasets, or creating and managing databases
  • Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API, SSIS), plug-ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management
  • Experience in developing web services (REST/SOAP) and working with JSON and XML content types
  • Experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including processes, policies, and best practices
  • Possess strong problem-solving and time/project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
