    Corgan is actively recruiting an experienced, registered Project Manager to join the firm in our New York office location as part of our Interior Design market sector.  Our firm offers unique opportunities for both personal and professional growth by offering a wide-range of project responsibilities and team leadership roles.

    Dynamic individual will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project

    • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables

    • Manage contract administration responsibilities

    • Coordinate with a variety of consultants

    • Provide leadership to staff

    • Manage client relations


    Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently.  Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.  The ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.  Candidates should also exhibit strong organizational skills and be able to collaborate on a diverse project team. Individual must have strengths in technical design and design development, and should exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities.  Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.   Current architectural registration preferred, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture and 7+ years of experience.  Revit proficiency strongly desired.
