  • Overview

    Corgan seeks a dynamic Office Leader to join the firm’s expansion into the Austin market. This dynamic individual will build the firm’s practice by growing and mentoring a team of talented architects and designers and pursuing business development opportunities. This successful candidate will lead the daily operations of the office, manage projects, and fulfill client expectations.

     

    Responsibilities

    Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

     

    • Collaborate and strategize with our Business Development Directors and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business.
    • Commitment to design excellence and ingenuity, as well as outstanding service to existing and new clients.
    • Establish credibility through strong project management skills in the Education or Commercial market sectors.
    • Exceed client and business objectives by inspiring and motivating a team, developing their skills and encouraging professional growth to continue cultivating our Austin presence.

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidate must be a resilient leader with demonstrated business development success and confident project management and presentation skills. Candidate should have experience with regular and successful interaction with a variety of clients and possess a flexible attitude and the ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment. Candidate must also demonstrate strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

     

    Qualified candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for business development, strategic leadership skills, and high self-motivation. Must have convincing conceptual design skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. A professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture, along with 10+ years of experience and professional registration. An in-depth understanding of the local Austin market and established client base is also required. MBA or other business-related degree is a plus. LEED accreditation strongly preferred.
