  • Overview

    We are seeking a senior marketing coordinator with experience in the A/E/C industry who is eager to join our dynamic team in Dallas.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    This position will be dedicated to the support of our growing aviation sector working across all Corgan offices. A great candidate has a passion for the industry, strong visual communication and graphics skills, is a team player, a problem solver and an extraordinary project manager. This position is responsible for alignment of aviation sector goals with marketing strategy and execution.

     

    Responsibilities include strategic involvement in all aviation-related marketing tasks including, but not limited to:

     

    • Leads and executes strategy, coordination and production of business development materials, primarily the response to RFQ/Ps.
    • Supports strategy development related to sector pursuits.
    • Defines marketing goals for Aviation sector and sub-sectors annually and/or quarterly in conjunction with the marketing leadership and sector leadership.
    • Communicates key principles to Marketing for alignment.
    • Partners with growth markets in conjunction with the sector and regional leadership to outline strategy and goals.
    • Conducts business development research in support of sector goals.
    • Manages aviation resource library/CRM data to support marketing efforts.
    • Effectively communicates the brand through custom development of visual and written content that demonstrates an understanding of the industry and passion for excellent design.
    • Composes compelling project or process narratives that tell Corgan’s story successfully.
    • Coordinates with team members, outside consultants and other stakeholders to identify and collect information needed and define key differentiators for assigned projects.
    • Assists in preparation for and executing materials for trade shows and conventions.
    • Identifies additional, strategic targets related to social media, web, conference engagement, and PR.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years experience, has A/E/C experience, has advanced proficiency in InDesign, thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, is highly skilled in both verbal and written communication and experience with aviation pursuits is a plus.  Corgan team members who excel are proactive, strategic, enthusiastic and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. A degree in marketing or related field is required, along with a desire to work in a team-focused, fast-paced and energetic environment.
