  • Overview

    Corgan seeks an outstanding Interior Design Project Manager or Interior Architect to join the firm in our Phoenix office location.  Our firm offers unique opportunities for both personal and professional growth by offering a wide-range of project responsibilities and team leadership roles.     Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams
    • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
    • Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process
    • Managing contract administration responsibilities
    • Coordinating with a variety of consultants
    • Manage client relations
    • Attend and conduct presentations
    • Manage overall project fees and schedules
    • Provide leadership to staff
    • Coordinate and lead new project pursuits

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual with a passion for design, as well as proven skills in developing design schemes and coordinating design teams for interior projects. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage client and team relationships including overall work plan development and sub-consultant coordination efforts.  Position requires flexible attitude, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, confident presentation ability and a successful record of pursuing new projects through business development, marketing and client satisfaction. The candidate must also have proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules.

      

    A degree from CIDA accredited Interior Design Program (or NAAB accredited Architecture program) and professional registration required, along with 10+ years experience in Commercial Interior Design.  Revit experience preferred.  Experience in FF&E coordination, procurement and installation efforts.
