  • Overview

    Corgan seeks a registered Senior Project Manager to join the firm in our Los Angeles office, building the Aviation brand by growing and mentoring a team of talented professionals and pursuing business development opportunities. This dynamic individual will illustrate ability to manage project issues, fulfill client expectations and facilitate decisions among diverse stakeholder groups including governing authorities, tenants, construction and program management team.

    Ideal candidate must have strong leadership and project management skills, understanding of business development and confident presentation skills. Candidate should have experience with regular and successful interaction with a variety of clients and possess a flexible attitude and the ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment. Candidate will also meet client and business objectives by inspiring and motivating a team, developing their skills and encouraging professional growth to continue cultivating our Aviation presence. Professional registration required, along with 10+ years of experience in the architectural and construction industry supporting design and construction administrative services.  At least five years of focus in Business Development highly desired. Candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  AutoCAD and Revit proficiency preferred.  Aviation experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects required.
